October Gallery Pick

Hi there, Léa bringing you a layout that caught my eye in the Scrapbookgraphics gallery.

Congratulations to dvhoward!

I love the fun feel of this layout. The subtle colors are very attractive and the quirky placement of the papers draw the eyes to the photo. I also love how she used the paper clouds and the shadowing technique is perfect! Very eye catching!

September Gallery Pick

Hello September! It's time for our monthly gallery pick! I'm always very excited to browse through the amazing pages created with Scrapyrus Designs' products. As always it was a hard task to just pick one layout that stood out.
But I finally decided upon this layout called "Leaving San Francisco" and it's made by dawn inskip. I love the simplicity of the page, the amount of white space, the colors used to complement the pictures and the cute font!

dawn inskip used the beautiful kit called A World at My Fingers which you can find at ScrapbookGraphics. Below you can see the whole collection.

July Gallery Pick

This month it was my turn (Stefanie) to have a look through Scrapyrus Design's Gallery at Scrapbook Graphics and choose a layout that caught my eye.

I chose Journey of a lifetime from sassygirlandi.

I love the photo treatment, the soft black and white conversion. The fabulous clusters and shadow work, I struggle to cluster like this and so admire it very much.
I am intrigued by the layout, who are the children and where are they heading...

She used a World at my Fingers, which can be purchased at ScrapBook Graphics.

June Gallery Pick

Each month we will be showcasing a layout in the Scrapyrus Designs Gallery at Scrapbook Graphics. I love looking through the gallery and see how you make use of Sonia's products. There are some pretty amazing layouts out there. It was really hard to pick just one but one especially caught my eye.

The layout I chose to showcase is called "Picked a Name" and it was made by Justagirl.

It's not often that I see pocket scrappers using Scrapyrus Designs' products. It's so unusual that I had to look at it for several minutes and it's really well done. I love the balance of the amount of pictures and clusters. Every parts of the page is relevant. And what a sweet little baby boy you have. I just LOVE it! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful page with us Justagirl! Congratulations!

If you are inspired too, you can find this beautiful kit at Scrapbook Graphics. She used the Sweet Bump bundle by Scrapyrus Designs.

Gallery Pick

Each month we will be showcasing a layout in the Scrapyrus Designs Gallery at Scrapbook Graphics.  It is so fun for us to see all the amazing layouts made with Sonia's products and I don't know about you but it totally inspires me!  "Breathe" by Cynthia totally caught my eye.

I love the bright colors and how they coordinate with the colors in the photo. The arrangement draws your eye right to that picture and her layered clustering is really nice!  It is just a bright and happy page!  Nice work, Cynthia!  Thank you for sharing your beautiful layout with us in the Scrapyrus Designs Gallery!

She used the Precious Blossom bundle which you can see in the Scrapyrus Designs store at Scrapbook Graphics.

Gallery Pick

Hi, it's time to highlight a fabulous scrapper who uses Scrapyrus Designs product. There were so many gorgeous layouts but my eyes immediately drawn to this layout by larkd from Scrap Orchard's gallery:

I love how everything is centralized, leaving a lot of negative space. The contrast between the colorful elements and the almost-silhouetted photos are lovely. The whole layout feels so fresh and happy. I'm a big fan of using kit out of theme, too, so kudos to you!

Larkd is using Dare by Scrapyrus Designs, available at the Scrap Orchard.

Gallery Pick

Hi there, Stefanie bringing you my gallery pick from the Mscraps gallery.

Congratulations to JETJEZ.

I love that she took a kit about loss and relationships and created a stunning page about an everyday baking moment with her daughter. Love the brushwork foundation and the photo mask adding a little messy element just like baking can be. The use of strings and sticks add a fabulous sense of dimension. The pops of pink draw the eye to the spots of jam in the photos. A fabulous eye catching layout. Well done.

Gallery Pick

Hi there, Stefanie bringing you a layout that caught my eye in the MScraps Gallery.

Congratulations to buzinettescrap.

I love the dark strips framing the sides of the layout, the red polka dotted paper layer adds visual weight near the bottom and houses the three sweet photos. The imaginative photo blend into the cream "white space" of the design. The mix of fonts is fabulous, the easy to read sans serif paired with the flourishy cursive in a colour picked from the layout. The use of lace adds dimension and a lovely feminine touch. The strings give a nod to the theme of tying the knot and the crocheted floral clusters are super for visually adhering the paper layers under them. The hearts sprinkled around shower the layout with the love that was experienced on this special day. So very beautifully done.
